Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. E-Learning and Self-Study Courses (Digital Products)

All e-learning and self-study courses offered by our company are delivered digitally.
Upon enrollment, customers receive immediate access to course materials, downloadable
content, and certification resources.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded,
all sales are final.

Refund Policy for Digital Courses

  • Once a customer enrolls in an e-learning or self-study course,
    no refunds will be issued.
  • This policy applies regardless of whether the customer has logged in, accessed,
    or downloaded the materials.
  • By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that digital content becomes
    permanently accessible and therefore non-refundable.

Access Issues

  • If a customer experiences technical issues preventing access to the course,
    our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved due to a platform error (not user error),
    we may provide alternative access or extend course availability.
  • Technical issues do not qualify for refunds unless the product cannot be delivered at all.

2. Course Validity and Expiration

  • Some courses may include access periods (for example, 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Failure to complete the course within the access period does not qualify for a refund
    or free extension.
  • Extensions may be granted at the company’s discretion.

3. Registrant Substitutions

  • Substitutions are allowed only before course access or materials
    have been assigned.
  • Once materials are assigned or accessed, substitutions cannot be made.

4. Duplicate Purchases

  • If a customer accidentally purchases the same course twice, they must notify us
    within 48 hours.
  • After verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase or offer
    credit toward another course.

5. Incorrect Product Purchased

  • If a customer purchases the wrong course, they must contact us
    before accessing any materials.
  • We may allow a one-time exchange for a course of equal value.
  • Once materials are accessed, no exchanges or refunds are possible.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

  • If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent, access to the course will be suspended.
  • A refund may be issued only after verification and completion of required documentation.

7. Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of course access.
  • Accounts involved in chargebacks may be permanently restricted.
  • We reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including IP logs,
    access logs, and download records.

8. Company Rights

  • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time
    without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions described
    in this policy.
  • In exceptional cases, we may provide store credit instead of a refund, at our sole discretion.
