with instant access after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

- Self-study materials
- Downloadable files
- Exam preparation content
- Certificates and digital credentials
2. No Account System
MyISOCert does not use customer accounts.
All course access is delivered directly to the
email address provided at checkout.
Once access is delivered, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
3. No Exceptions
MyISOCert does not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Incorrect course selection
- Not reading product descriptions
- Not using or completing the course
4. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a valid digital purchase is considered fraud.
MyISOCert will provide full evidence of digital delivery, including:
- Email delivery logs
- Download confirmation
- IP and timestamp records
